Send it anything
Text, pictures, files. A photo on its own is a perfectly good way to start. You don't have to explain it first.
Built by Patryk. ARIA reads the pictures and files you send, remembers what you were talking about two messages ago, and answers in short messages instead of essays.
What it does
Most chatbots forget. This one keeps the thread.
Send a photo with no caption and it still knows what you're asking. Type "buy apples", then "and pears too" a second later, and it takes that as one thought rather than two. Go quiet for a while and it might pick the thread back up, the way a person would.
How it works
Text, pictures, files. A photo on its own is a perfectly good way to start. You don't have to explain it first.
Messages sent one after another are read as one thought, which is why a follow-up doesn't have to repeat what it follows.
It types, pauses, and replies in a few short messages rather than one wall of text. Which is mostly a relief.
What people use it for
Point your camera at something and ask what it is. Think out loud at it. Being vague is allowed.
Drop in a picture or a document and ask about what's inside, instead of reading all of it yourself first.
It's also our groundwork for assistants that react to what happens, not only to what you type. That part is still being built.
ARIA
Open the app and send a message, or just a picture with nothing attached to it. The second one is the better test.
